1.  All Graphics and Coding is property of Peach Nine Design until an unlimited or custom design is purchased and created for you, at that point you own all rights to the art work and may use it for your business as you need to. 

 If you purchased an unlimited design, the graphics and coding is still property of Peach Nine Design.  You may use the graphics and coding as they were intended for and they are not to be resold or given away to another entity for any reason with out written consent from Peach Nine Design.

2.Recreation, duplication, and copies will not be tolerated.  Please be inspired by the artwork and coding on this site, but stealing is a violation of the law.

3. Once you make a purchase you are under contract with Peach Nine Design to complete a project.  Projects can be completed in as little as 2 days and up to 90 days depending on communication and personal issues that may arise for your Peach Nine designer or yourself as the client.  Life happens, so we just ask that we keep close and in touch should any personal problems cause a delay in the project.  We want everyone to be happy, and think the better the communication, the happier the designer and client will be. 

4. Refunds are never a fun subject.  The only time I will refund a customer is if I cannot complete the project in hand within the allotted time frame.   We do not hand out refunds if you do not like your custom design.  Custom Designs are allowed 2 rounds of revisions, and changing your mind as far as the design is not an exception to the rule.  Mind Changing is not a valid reason to recieve a refund.  We work closely with clients to make sure we create what you want right the first time, to ultimately avoid a bunch of revisions.  Before asking for a refund, please keep in mind that your designer has more than likely already done an abundant amount of work for you and is always willing to go the extra mile to fix your website issues.

    Customer Service is always available via email, for any issues you might. Our phone number is posted in the contact section of this website, but because of our crazy schedule, our main source of contact is email.  Our phone number should be used for preSales questions, emergency issues, or if email communication becomes a technical issue.  Please keep in mind, we answer most emails within an hour, but can be up to 24 hours.

5. Peach Nine Design is a web design company who will decorate your website.  Think of your designer as your interior decorator coming into your brick and mortar store and creating your window sign, hanging your choice of drapes, painting your walls, reaarranging your furniture, and putting the last finishing touches in just before you stock your store and open your doors to the public.  We cannot teach you how to use your hosting or shopping cart.  We are knowledgeable on the subject, but for technical issues outside of the decoration or design, (domain issues, how to add images, add products, and such.... you will need to contact your host or your domain registrar.  They all have customer support pages that should help you with anything you need.   Please feel free to ask us questions as you get starting on your site, but please keep in mind that the designer is only obligated to provide support behind the design. 

All projects will not be completed until payment is made in full.
